Temple Gardens
Kyoto is no exception from the Japanese culture of tidyness and cleanliness. These workers are fast and very efficient.

Yokohama workshop

Monia, Sandra, Miho and Natasha slept in this tent. Motion sensors triggering the light inside the tent meant you had to sleep very VERY still.

Another set of 'beds' in the accommodation exhibition in the Yokohama Triennale

bow wow
from atelier bow wow. i really liked this building: set into the park; grass on roof; wavy form; cones made of tubular steel for services and structure.

ito + eisenman

the new Toyo Ito building opened on the 10th of December

Eisenman in Tokyo. Koizumi Lighting Headquarters. The unit had mixed reviews. Overall - the vote would be been more on Eisenman's side if the building would have been grayscale... I think the pink frightened them.

Stuck
Patrick got stuck in the Herzog + DeMeuron Changing rooms in the Prada store on Omotesando. took 30 minutes to finally get out. though he might have to overnight there as the staff were reluctant to break the glass to extricate him.

Weird how tidy Tokyo is, yet you find these spots where, well, it stinks
